Very rarely do knives as ground-breaking as the Snap Lock come around, so it’s no wonder it won the Most Innovative Knife Award at the 2004 Blade Show. CRKT enlisted the design genius of Ed Van Hoy to create a folding knife that swings open 180° for speedy and stylish blade deployment. The Snap Lock’s skeletonized frame offers a slim profile and is ultra-lightweight to carry for EDC use. It also doubles as an effective edge guard when the blade is securely locked in the closed position. A detachable pocket clip offers right or left-handed tip-up carry and the included quick release paracord lanyard can easily attach to the lanyard hole on the knife’s end.
